Free parking is provided in the North Parking Lot of the campus. We kindly request that all vehicles park only in designated parking spaces and refrain from parking in any street or no parking zones.

The event itself is free of charge to attend, and all activities are included. While some food options will be provided as part of the event, there will also be additional food options available for purchase.

While Danfoss will be providing ice cream from Bad Humor, beverages from Honey’s Lemonade & Disco Drink, & cotton candy from Sweet Swill Cotton Candy, it's important to note that meals from Cheezy's Grilled Cheeses, Pizza Fresca, and No Prep Taco are not included and will be available for purchase. Please plan accordingly if you wish to enjoy these options during the event.

Sure! You can definitely show your friends and family your desk/office area. Just keep in mind that to walk through the building, you will need to have your badge and you must accompany your guests at all times. Please note that access to the production floor is restricted for safety reasons. It can only be viewed during one of the organized tours times. This is because the production floor involves specialized equipment and processes that require specific safety protocols to be followed. If your friends and family are interested in seeing the production floor, please guide them to join one of the tour groups.

No, there is no need to book your tour in advance. Tours will be provided every 15 minutes, allowing you to join a tour at your convenience during the event. Simply approach the designated tour area and join the next available tour. We look forward to showcasing our facilities to you!

Yes, there wil be one tour of the warehouse, scheduled to be held at 2:30 PM. If interest, please meet at the main entrance of the warehouse.

Yes, there are bathroom facilities provided for your convenience. There are public porta potties available outside, including ADA accessible options. Additionally, there are indoor facilities available for use. Please feel free to utilize these facilities during the event.

Please note that the Danfoss campus has a policy in place where the consumption of alcohol and the use of tobacco and vape devices are prohibited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines during the event.
